At Chutney Story, we believe that the taste of tradition should reach you as fresh as possible. We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders to ensure they arrive safe and delicious.

1. Order Processing Time

Since our chutneys are made in small batches to ensure purity and freshness:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Note: During high-volume periods (like festivals), processing may take an additional 24 hours. We appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship across India. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier operational issues or unforeseen weather conditions.

3. Safe Packaging Promise

We understand that shipping glass jars requires extra care. All Chutney Story products are packed using [Eco-friendly honeycomb paper / Bubble wrap] and sturdy corrugated boxes to prevent breakage.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email and SMS notification with a Tracking ID. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier partner's website.

5. Damaged or Leaking Products

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, broken, or leaking:

Please take a clear photo or video of the damaged package immediately upon opening.

We will issue a free replacement or a full refund for the damaged items—no questions asked.
